The first users will form my Board of Directors. You'll shape what this tool becomes. I will give you access to me directly—including over Signal. I will get on video calls, talk to your IT department, and help you think through obstacles no matter how small or large.

The highest strategic imperative is achieving overwhelming success for initial users. That's my singular focus. And that is what you are buying.
