The add-in. The Whoa Excel Add-in sends nothing to Whoa Systems. There is no account, license check or usage tracking. Whoa Systems never sees your workbooks, code or data. Before V9, the add-in contacted Whoa Systems to verify a license key. V9 and later do not send license checks, workbook contents, or usage data to Whoa Systems.
AI services. The add-in can connect to AI services you choose. Those connections run directly between your computer and the provider and never pass through Whoa Systems' servers. What you share is governed by that provider's terms and your organization's policies.
This website. You don't need an account to browse whoa1011.com or download the add-in. When you download a file, our server records which file, when, your IP address and your browser's user agent. We use this to count downloads and diagnose problems. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking. The site is hosted on DigitalOcean.
Commercial License purchases. Stripe runs checkout and handles payment. Whoa Systems receives the name, email and billing details Stripe collects to manage the subscription; we never see your full card number.
Email. If you email us, we use your address to reply. If you ask to hear about updates, we'll email you when there's news; ask us to stop anytime.
